    The location was great, right by the metro station and and Dubai mall, both the business bay and the financial district, and the CELAVI restaurant, stayed here during my vacation. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were excellent co-operating people with especially the receptionist.

    The rooftop pool experience was special. I loved seeing the Burj Khalifa while swimming. It felt surreal to be so high up. The staff was attentive, and I appreciated the hospitality. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

    I had trouble with room cleanliness on occasions. There were times when we had to request basic items multiple times before they arrived.

    The view of the Burj Khalifa was amazing, and the rooftop pool felt surreal. Room was super spacious with air conditioning, complimentary snacks, and a comfy bed. The spa facilities were great. Staff were attentive and cute, just loved it!

    The location offers unbeatable access to the metro and Dubai Mall. My room faced Burj Khalifa, providing fine views. The spacious room felt private, and I loved controlling everything from the iPad. Breakfast was another highlight. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive. The infinity pool on the 54th floor had amazing views. I encountered some issues. The deposit policy surprised me, as I still haven't seen my refund returned after over three days. There were moments of confusion with the cleaning staff moving my belongings around, frustrating. The hotel's spa services felt overpriced, and I had to follow up multiple times for basic items that should've been stocked in the room. While my stay had its perks, I hope to see better organization and service in the future.

    We explored fantastic spots like the Burj Al Arab and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel had a fine rooftop bar and the infinity pool was a highlight. Just a heads up, the wifi could be spotty at times, but everything else was nice.

    Unfortunately, the wifi was inconsistent, a letdown for such a high-end hotel. It impacted our ability to stay connected during our trip.
